It is not mandatory, but we recommend you to be part of this additional plan to protect your company and your business. The fee is USD 400.00 per year. After the fifth consecutive year paying the 3P, the value will be USD 250.

This money comes into a common fund managed by the BOARD OF DIRECTORS that will be used only in case an active member of the network refuses to make the payment to another member and this is reported with documentary evidence between 30 and 60 days after the date of issue of the corresponding commercial invoice. The maximum amount will be USD 10,000.00 per invoice or claiming agent and only includes international freight costs.

To conduct business with agents who do not pay this FEE for protection, we recommend requesting advances or not granting credits of more than USD 2,000.00. The responsibility for these negotiations will be directly from the negotiating agents and exempt FLAG from any liability.
